We met with Terri from Remax to begin the process of putting our house on the market for the second time, as we did not have success selling it the previous year with another agent.
From the start of our interview with her, I could since her knowledge on the market and the confidence she had in our house selling quickly for the sale price we were looking for. The pictures of the house were excellent, it made me cry how wonderful it displayed the home and I started to feel the confidence the house would sell. She sent her decorator MaryBeth to give us suggestions on how to show the house. She purchased inexpensive items to compliment the rooms and had us move/remove a few items. In addition we painted a couple of doors on the exterior. The house I was selling, truly looked like a gem by the time Terri posted the pictures. We accepted 2 viewings for the house the same day she listed it. The following day we had an offer for a little more than we asked. We accepted the offer to close, this occurred within 6 weeks of listing the house. Throughout the entire process she kept us updated on what needed to be done and when things were completed.
